For our digital courses, tutorials, and online workshops:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 30% of the course content and provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations.
- Course Bundle Exception: For discounted course bundles, individual courses within the bundle cannot be refunded separately. The entire bundle must be refunded as a whole, subject to the same conditions above.
Digital Downloads
For downloadable digital products (e-books, art resources, templates):
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, we will first attempt to resolve these issues. If we cannot resolve them within 7 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If the product description substantially misrepresented the content of the digital product, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- No Refund for Downloaded Content: Once you have successfully downloaded the digital product and there are no technical issues, all sales are generally final due to the nature of digital products that cannot be "returned."
Subscription Services
For our premium membership and subscription services:
- Prorated Refunds: If you cancel a subscription, you may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, depending on your subscription plan.
- Trial Period: If you cancel during a free trial period, no refund will be issued as no payment was processed.

Physical Products
Art Prints and Merchandise
For physical products such as art prints, books, and merchandise:
- 30-Day Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For art prints, they must be unmarked, unframed, and in their original protective packaging.

In-Person Workshops and Events
For tickets to in-person art workshops, exhibitions, and events:
- Cancellation by Customer: Refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the event date. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may receive a partial refund (50% of the ticket price) or credit toward a future event.
- Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
- Cancellation by GlobalTradeHub: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
Live Online Events
For tickets to live online workshops and webinars:
- Cancellation Period: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event.
- Recording Access: If you are unable to attend a live online event, you will typically receive access to a recording, and therefore no refund will be issued after the event has taken place.
- Technical Difficulties: If you experience significant technical difficulties during a live online event that are caused by our systems, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
